The G43X/G48 weighs nearly 7 oz less than the G19. Some of that is the 5 extra rounds that the G19 carries.

Before going to the range I took the mag apart and checked the spring and did a little sanding inside the mag on the polymer side, on the sharp edges of the follower and the top edges of the the mag.
