Uninstall the game and just delete the geometry dash appdata folder. It just has songs in it anyway and steam will make a new one when you reinstall. Could also be steam acting up, so you can try uninstalling steam and reinstalling it. If not its an issue on your end, meaning it's either windows or outdated drivers.
