Nov 9, 2019 · Intermittent no start. Just wondering if anyone has the same issue. Just started the other day, turn the key to crank, no crank, no click nothing. Turn the key one or two more times, then it starts. Almost like the key cylinder doesn't recognize I'm trying to start it. Occasionally it will crank for half a second then shut off and when it does this it always starts right up as normal. We experience these starting issues frequently (every 3rd start +/-) but not any specific pattern.

All power is on when I press the start button, it's like it doesn't have full power when trying to turn on. It makes noises like its trying to connect and then it does.I'd recommend tackling a problem at a time. The starter problem is probably the most important and probably deserves its own thread. Start with the suggestions I made about the connections. It sounds like an electrical problem. The link I provided earlier has some suggestions on how to solve the CEL problem. Mar 6, 2017 · My guess is the pump is the issue. Repop pumps, like sensors and thermostats, aren't very good. Try priming it by pressing the start button with no brake for a few seconds. Then if it starts with the brake / Start button then it's the fuel pump not holding it's pressure.

If it's been done, look for the relay that is externally wired and it should be forward of the box, just aft of the right headlight on the frame. Edit: NVM Im thinking of fuel pump relay, sorry.
