TryFistButHol, my dual caestus character runs in Vengarls armour and uses a mix of +10 uninfused and +10 poison caestus as needed. Stats are something like 40 VIG, 30 END, 30 VIT , 40 STR, 40 DEX. 30 ADP (didn't level ATN,FAI or INT). I started knight but i don't think that's the optimal class. It's really simple. Pick the weapons you want to use. The Greatsword is a good one just because it has low requirements and awesome damage. I'd go Smelter swords for the crazy L2 though.
