I also wore a 34C before measuring as 30E (I'm down a cup size now due to weight loss, but same band). I didn't believe it at first and spent a bunch of time wearing too-loose 32DDs until I finally picked up a 30E. Perfect fit! Still needed to work on finding the right shape, but volume and band tightness were 👌.

I've been wearing a 34B forever, and the ABTF calculator says I'm a 32DD or 32DDD. I've been ordering and returning lots of bras, and the 32DD definitely fits or is occasionally too small.
